Galactic Shipyard created.

The Shipyard is a link-list of giant LEGO Spaceships created by builders all over the world. These minifig-scale creations typically take months to finish. In many ways a giant spaceship is the ultimate achievement for a Space LEGO builder.

All of the spaceships you will find here are over 100 LEGO-studs long (or wide etc..). This is a little over 2 and a half feet. The largest spaceships you'll find here are around 10 feet long.

To distinguish these spaceships from other creations, an acronym was created: SHIP (Seriously Huge Investment in Parts). There's also a measurement scale. A 300 stud long SHIP would be a "C3 SHIP". C = 100 and the number is how many times.

Finding Your Way Around the Shipyard

At the moment the Shipyard consists of only 2 sections: this page and the SHIP gallery. Move on to the gallery to view the SHIPs that different builders have created.
